"Shipping took forever and the terms changed"
I waited way longer than I expected for my order to arrive. What made it more annoying was that the shipping terms seemed to change after I placed the order, so it didn’t feel like what I originally agreed to. Frustrating experience overall

"It looked okay when I first got it..."
It looked okay when I first got it, but after only a few uses the stitching started coming loose. I’m disappointed, honestly. What made it more frustrating is that when I tried to get help, it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership of the issue

"Smooth order, even though I was a little nervous"
I ordered from playgosports.com and felt a bit unsure right after paying, like you sometimes do when you’re waiting to see if everything’s legit. But it turned out fine. The tracking worked without any problems, and I got updates whenever the package moved. I also messaged them once with a question and they replied quickly. Nothing over the top, just an easy order with clear communication

"Works fine, but a bit frustrating"
I was able to place my order, so the site does work, but using it on my phone felt clunky. It took me longer than it should have to find what I was looking for. Also, I’m not a fan of the terms changing along the way — it makes the whole thing feel more annoying than it needs to be. Not terrible overall, but the site could definitely use some cleanup.

"Packaging was good for the most part"
Got my order from playgosports.com and it was packed good. The box did have a little dent on one side, but luckily the item inside was totally fine and nothing was broke. Maybe they could add a bit more padding next time, but overall I was happy with how it showed up. I’d give it 4 stars.

I paid less than I thought I would, i kept thinking, “Okay, this is actually worth it.” The stuff feels decent for what you’re paying, so I’m happy with it.

"I picked this up thinking it would make..."
I picked this up thinking it would make practice a little easier, and at first it seemed like it might. Setup wasn’t too bad, so I figured I was good to go.
Once I actually started using it, though, it was a different story. It lagged a lot, the readings didn’t really make sense half the time, and it kept dropping the connection even when I was right beside it. I spent more time restarting it than practicing.
After a few sessions, it ended up staying in my bag, which kind of says enough. Maybe mine was just a dud, but I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

I ended up returning a paddle because the grip just didn’t feel right for me. The refund took a few days to show up, but it came through without any issues. support was decent too, so overall it was a easy process...
"Still Holding Up After Lots of Use"
I picked up a set from GoSports a few months back, and it’s seen a lot of action since then. It kind of reminds me of those weekend afternoons where everyone ends up laughing and playing longer than planned. So far, it’s still in good shape with no major cracks or loose pieces. There are a few scuffs here and there, but that feels normal with how much we’ve used it. I’d give it 4 stars.

I reached out to customer service a few times about my order, but I never really got a helpful answer. The waiting around without any clear update was frustrating. Just a heads-up to others: if you need quick support or regular communication, this might not be the best option right now. I probably wouldn’t order again unless their support improves.

"Wish There Were More Options"
I was a little let down by the selection on playgosports.com. I kept thinking maybe I was missing a category or needed to search a different way, but a lot of the things I was hoping to find just weren’t there, or only had a couple of choices.
After a while, it felt like I was scrolling through the same few products again and again. If you just need something basic, it might be okay, but I would’ve felt a lot better if there were more options or even some reassurance that new items were coming soon.

"Sizing felt a little off on me"
I went with my usual size, but the fit wasn’t quite what I expected. The shirt was a little snug around the shoulders, well, not super tight, but tighter than I’d like, and the length was actually fine.
Shipping was okay, and it looked like the photos, so no issues there. I’d probably size up if I ordered again, though. I just wish the size chart had been a bit more accurate.

It did work in the end, but getting there was a hassle. The setup took way longer than I expected, and the instructions weren’t very clear, so I had to spend a lot of time figuring things out on my own.

"Warranty support really let me down"
I was frustrated with the warranty support. Ugh. It took a while to hear back, and when I did, the replies were super short and didn’t really help solve anything. Nope. I expected a lot better, so the whole experience was disappointing.
